Building Background
Elliott was exposed to real estate at an early age by Jennifer's father, a commercial real estate broker. He arrived in Marin at the age of 2, attended Saint Mark’s School (now the Mark Day School) and graduated from The Branson School. He bought his first home while in college and rented out rooms to cover expenses. He studied brewing science at UC Davis. By 24, he was the Director of Brewing for Station Casinos, Inc., by 28, owned his own brewpub in San Francisco, and by 31 had sold both the pub business and the building. At 32, he became a full time real estate developer and was most successful in the relocation of existing buildings. If you have ever watched Mega Movers on the History Channel, then you have some idea of what all is involved in deconstructing, moving, and reconstructing an existing building. He gained a solid understanding of the various construction trades by working side-by-side from the foundation to the roof. Elliott’s success in business stems from his sincerity. Our clients value knowing that he takes the time to listen and understand their desires and have their best interests as his top priority. I view a real estate transaction not as a one-time event, but as an opportunity to begin a long-term relationship. |
